Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you access or use the Fittmo member app, website, and related services (the “Fittmo Services”). By using the Fittmo Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Additional terms shown for a particular listing, booking, or promotion also apply to that activity.

Fittmo helps members discover gyms, studios, coaches, classes, and fitness or wellness events, and may let members submit booking or registration requests. Listings, facilities, coaching, classes, events, access, and services are provided by independent third-party providers unless a listing expressly says otherwise.

Fittmo is not a gym, coach, medical provider, or event organiser. A listing is information to help you choose; it is not a guarantee that a provider, facility, schedule, amenity, or offering will be available exactly as described. Providers are responsible for their own services, facilities, safety practices, and listing details.

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. You may not create an account using false details, impersonate another person, or use another person's account without permission.

Review the listing, booking details, price, provider rules, and any cancellation conditions before submitting a request. A request is not a confirmed booking until the app or provider confirms it. Availability, schedules, and prices can change; the details shown for your specific booking govern that request.

Some Fittmo booking and event registration flows record a booking without collecting payment in the app. Where payment is handled by a provider, that provider will arrange payment with you and its payment, refund, and cancellation terms apply. Fittmo does not promise a refund or credit unless the booking terms or applicable law provide one.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you and for following the provider's instructions, facility rules, and safety requirements. Fitness activities carry inherent risks. If you have a health concern, injury, or uncertainty about participation, consult a qualified health professional before taking part.

Arrive on time, treat providers and other members respectfully, and present any pass or booking confirmation required by the provider. A provider may refuse access or participation for safety, conduct, eligibility, or facility-rule reasons.

You agree not to misuse the Fittmo Services. In particular, do not:

• Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit misleading information.
• Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit listings or service content without permission.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or disrupt a provider or another member.

Fittmo and its licensors retain rights in the Fittmo Services, branding, and Fittmo-created content. You may use them for personal, lawful purposes through the app and website. You retain rights in content you submit, and allow Fittmo to use it as reasonably needed to operate, display, and improve the service.

We work to keep the Fittmo Services available and accurate, but features or content may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, users, or providers, or where required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fittmo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, facilities, advice, or services of independent providers, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Fittmo Services are provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fittmo disclaims implied warranties that do not form part of an express promise in these terms.

You may stop using Fittmo at any time. Contact support@fittmo.com to request help closing your account. We may suspend or close access if these terms are breached, if needed to protect users or the service, or where required by law. Closing an account does not cancel a booking automatically; contact the relevant provider about an existing booking.

We may update these terms as Fittmo changes. We will publish the current version here and update the date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
