Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you access or use the Fittmo Coach App and related provider tools (the “Coach Services”). By using the Coach Services, you agree to these terms. Any separate partner, listing, fee, or payout agreement between you and Fittmo continues to apply and takes priority where it covers the same subject.

Fittmo provides tools to help fitness providers publish offerings and manage member enquiries or bookings. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, Fittmo is a discovery and booking platform; you remain responsible for the services, facilities, classes, coaching, and events you provide. Access to the Coach Services does not guarantee a listing, booking volume, payment, or business result.

Keep your account details secure and your profile, availability, prices, qualifications, and service descriptions accurate and current. You must have authority to act for any business or facility you list and permission to upload any content you provide. Do not claim credentials, endorsements, facilities, or services you do not have.

You are responsible for the quality and lawful delivery of your services and facilities, including appropriate qualifications, licences, insurance, health and safety practices, and compliance with applicable laws. Give members accurate information about eligibility, schedules, prices, cancellation rules, and any material risks or requirements. Do not make misleading health or fitness claims.

Respond to booking requests accurately and honour confirmed bookings according to the terms shown to the member and any separate agreement with Fittmo. Use member information only to manage the relevant enquiry or booking and provide the requested service. Do not misuse it, disclose it without authority, or use it for unrelated marketing.

Any platform fees, commissions, payment collection, or payout arrangements are governed by the terms shown to you or a separate written agreement. Do not represent that Fittmo collects or guarantees payment unless the relevant feature and agreement expressly provide for it.

Do not use the Coach Services unlawfully, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, mislead members, or harass or discriminate against anyone. You retain rights in content you provide and authorize Fittmo to display and use it as reasonably needed to operate and promote your listing and the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content.

We may restrict or suspend a listing or account where these terms are breached, information appears misleading, a safety concern arises, or action is needed to protect members, providers, or the service. To the extent permitted by law, Fittmo is not responsible for provider services, facilities, or conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms as the Coach Services change. We will publish the current version here with its updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to mandatory legal protections that apply. For questions, contact support@fittmo.com.
