Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Fittmo handles information when you use our member app, website, and related services to discover fitness providers and make bookings.
Last updated 26 October 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you give us when you create or manage an account, contact support, or make a booking. This can include your name, email address, phone number, account details, and information you provide in a booking form.
- Account and contact details, including details used to sign in.
- Booking details such as the selected gym, class, event, coach, date, ticket or pass, and answers you choose to provide.
- Messages and support requests you send to us.
- Basic technical information such as device, browser, log, and service usage data needed to operate and protect the service.
Location information
If you allow location access, Fittmo may use your device location to show nearby gyms, studios, coaches, or events and calculate distances. You can use your device settings to turn location permission off. You can also browse by entering a place or moving the map without sharing your device location.
The website does not need continuous background location access. Your browser or device controls whether a location is shared with the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Fittmo, including to:
- Create and maintain your account and help you sign in.
- Show relevant listings and support searches, including nearby results when you choose to share location.
- Submit and manage bookings, registrations, passes, and related messages.
- Respond to questions, send service notices, and provide support.
- Protect the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Payments and booking details
Some bookings or event registrations may show a price even where Fittmo does not collect payment in the app. The booking flow will explain whether payment is due and who will arrange it. If a payment feature is offered in future, the applicable payment provider and additional terms will be identified at that time. Do not send card details or passwords to Fittmo by email or support message.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain booking and support records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can update certain account details in your account and manage location permission through your device or browser settings. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing support@fittmo.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where a legal or operational reason requires it.
Children
Fittmo is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support@fittmo.com so we can review and take appropriate steps.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
